Consider a business loan from Barclays Bank PLC

If you are looking for money to fund your business development, then you might like to consider a business loan from Barclays Bank PLC.  A business loan can be used for a range of business purposes, from refurbishment, machinery or equipment, property development to just providing some much-needed working capital to advance your enterprise.

You can borrow any amount between £1,000 and £25,000. This is likely to be sufficient to meet the needs of your business plans if your are a small business. With Barclays business finance, you can choose to repay monthly over one to ten years. When the loan starts you can opt to take a six-month repayment holiday, although interest will continue to apply. Then, you can pay back your loan at any time without any additional penalty.

If you are a larger business, then you may want to borrow more than £25,000. Barclays may be able to help as their maximum finance limit is £1 million. You would be able to repay over any period up to 20 years. With loans over £25,000 you can either choose a fixed rate or a variable interest rate loan. Your rates can be fixed for one to ten years, with the option to tract against the bank’s base rate. You can choose to pay off lump sums or pay off the loan early, but fixed breakage costs and a prepayment fee will be applied. You may also take a capital repayment holiday at the start of the loan for up to two years.

If you choose to secure your loan against your home or other property, remember it may be repossessed if you do not keep up your loan repayments.

All loans require you to submit an application, which can be made online. All lending is subject to status. It may benefit you if you already have your business banking with Barclays. If your application gets refused, Barclays can help you determine why this has happened. Barclays can support your business, through consultations, training and software tools that will improve the way you do business.
