Halifax online banking makes your money do the work
Halifax online banking gives you total control over your finances. Whether you want to transfer money, pay bills or just check what transactions you've made recently, you can do it all from the comfort of the sofa.
Halifax is currently undergoing major investment in its online banking. For the moment, you might find some of the services or features you regularly use with their online banking are unavailable, but within the next 18 months everything should be restored and easier to use. Transferring money, paying bills and checking transactions options are all still available.
There are some excellent new benefits being introduced by Halifax that will make your online banking experience much more enjoyable.
If you want to quickly check your last six transactions, you can do so by clicking the mini statements option. This will let you know where and when you've spending your hard earned cash in the last few days.
As soon as you sign into Halifax online banking, all of the information you need will shown in one easy-to-use screen. Bank, savings, loan, and mortgage and credit card accounts don't need to be individually selected and this saves you a lot of hassle and time.
They've also changed the way you order travel money. To do this now, you'll need to enter your debit or credit card details. Travel money can no longer be funded from a savings account, although this can still be done at a local Halifax branch.
And to carry out some sensitive transactions, like paying bills, you'll need to re-enter your password. But don't be too bothered by this; it increases the security of your account.
