Step 1: Open an account with Metrobank.

Only individuals with a personal or joint account with Metro Bank are eligible to enroll for Metrobank Online Banking (MetrobankDirect). If you don’t already have a Metro Bank account, visit your nearest MetroBank branch/office and fill up the necessary forms to open one.

Step 2: Enroll for Metrobank direct

Request a bank officer at your MetroBank branch/office for the Metrobankdirect enrollment form in person. Fill the form accurately and hand it back. The bank officer will then give you a Password Mailer with an initial password that you will use to log in to MetrobankDirect.

Step 3: Access your Metro Bank account online.

After about three days, you will receive an email from Metrobank containing a short MetrobankDirect Welcome message and your assigned Customer ID. Go to Metrobank's website at metrobankonline.co.uk and click the "Personal Login" link in the “Online Banking” menu tab at the right sidebar of the website. You will be redirected to the log-in webpage: personal.metrobankdirect.com. Enter your Customer ID and password in the log in box to access your Metro Bank account online.
